Pastor Howard is a Contemporary Charismatic Minister and is independently ordained and Licensed / Bonded through the State of WV and is Certified as a Rev. through St Luke Ministry Assoc. He has over 12-years of hands on ministry training in Youth, Young Adult, Eldership, and Sr. Pastor Ministry.
The Pastor is known for preaching a Modern Cutting Edge "On-Fire" Word of God. He has preached Youth Revivals throughout North Central WV, Southern Pennsylvania, and as far away as Raleigh North Carolina. As a Sr. Pastor he has Crossed Denominational Barriers and preached at Methodist, Baptist, Nazarene, Pentecostal, and other Independent Churches. Along with his wife Benita he has served as Senior Pastors at Haven of Hope for over 5-years.
Howard also currently serves as the Director of Spiritual Services and Faith-Based Initiatives for Hospice Care Corporation. He started working for Hospice Care as a Chaplin after nearly 10-years in the Radio Broadcasting Industry.
Along with his duties at the church and with Hospice Care, Pastor Howard also finds time to serve on the Philippi Main Street Board of Directors (for over 11-years), the Philippi CVB Board of Directors, and the Barbour County American Cancer Society Relay for Life Board.
